Or find us on the boat... More likely!

What do we do?

We import a range of boats and deliver these to owners. Our delivery includes coaching sessions to get new owners familiar, comfortable and up to speed with their new platforms. We also organise events to pool owners together so that our One Design sections have a more social mix as well as racing.

New to Singapore, where's the sailing action?

It will depend what you are into. Sailing in Singapore is focussed around the predominant weather systems i.e. NE & SW Monsoons. The best is the NE as cools winds fan down from China and fuel the regions main events from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. Sailing activities in Singapore also follow the wind. During the NE (Jan - April) Changi Sailing Club is the best place to take advanatge of 15 - 20 knots. During the SW (June -September), action moves to the southern part of the island with the Western Series at Raffles Marina.

The most notable has become the Neptune Regatta that takes place every Chinese New Year. This is most popular as it leads competitors through the tip of Indonesia's Riau Province and across the Equator. This is the World's ONLY Equator Regatta. With an exotic island stop each night, this is a real treat where crossing the Equator is the aspect of nautical significance.

Primarily, if you have a boat in Singapore, you should keep your boat moving! That's why you bought a boat to begin with, right!

New to Singapore, where's the wind action?

If you're new to Singapore there are a couple of defining differences from most other parts of the world. First of all, our 'season' is a year long. From January to April we get the NE Monsoon. This makes the northern side of the island the 'choice' location as far as wind goes. For most of the rest of the year you are better off sailing on the southern coast or the east coast.

Pro Sail Asia has been racing around since 1990.

Our office is right in the heart of Singapore city but you'll normally find us where the boats are.
